We are equally conversant in making  Regional Shopping Center, Strip Center, Specialty Center, Mixed Use, Power Center, and Entertainment Center deals.  We can not only negotiate deals as your Director of Real Estate, but with Gary Mahler's participation, we  can also negotiate final lease documents in the same manner as an "in house"  Corporate Counsel would.  And, it goes without saying, that if your Real Estate Representative is an Attorney,  the process of making deals will  run much more smoothly and quickly, without any more last minute "surprises" than are necessary.   

       

It is also important to get the word out to the Brokerage and Development Community  that your Company is on the move and needs locations. We will develop promotional materials for you. We will represent you at  the International Council of Shopping Centers,  and  Real Estate Industry conferences, so that you will have a presence and will always be the exciting "new kid on the block".


There is no substitute for somebody  with Retail Representation experience running interference for you.  With all of your requirements in mind, we will find appropriate locations, that are immediately available.  We will develop a Letter of Intent format that will be so complete that there will be no  misunderstandings when the leases are in preparation. And, if you desire to acquire sites and build your own buildings, we will make sure that we only select sites that are supported by  local City Governments. We can also assist you in securing Contractors and great Designers to help build your sites.
